At ANNA Fresh Chicken, we are committed to providing the highest quality fresh chicken to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have established the following refund and return policy:

Returns Policy

No Returns:  For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of fresh chicken once it has been delivered or picked up.
Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup. If you notice any issues (such as spoilage or incorrect items), please notify us immediately.

Non-Refundable Situations

If the product was stored incorrectly after delivery.
If the issue is reported after the allowed timeframe.
If the fresh chicken was cooked, altered, or consumed before reporting the issue.
If the dissatisfaction is due to personal preference rather than quality concerns.
